What is Wildoria?
Wildoria is a free 2D top-down pixel-art survival game that you can play directly in your web browser at https://playwildoria.com/play/. No download is required.
Start with almost nothing and make a campfire your home in a procedurally generated world that keeps expanding as you explore. Gather wood, stone, fibre, copper, iron, berries and other food, then craft tools, build a camp, farm, fish, cook and forge stronger equipment.
Manage hunger, thirst, temperature and illness while facing rain, changing seasons, dangerous nights, caves, wolves and the Werewolf during full moons. Survive 100 days, then keep exploring, completing daily quests and improving your place on the global leaderboard.
To change the game language, use the language selector in the bottom-right corner of the Wildoria lobby. For the complete keyboard, mouse and touch layout, read the controls guide.
Playable platforms
Wildoria runs in a web browser on PC, Mac and Chromebook with a keyboard and mouse. iPhones and Android phones use portrait mode and touch controls. iPad uses landscape mode with the virtual joystick and touch controls. Other tablets are not supported yet.
A world that keeps going
Explore forests, plains, sakura woods, lakes, mountains and hidden caves. New places bring new resources, dangers and reasons to leave camp. Rare rabbits, foxes, boars and apple trees make the surface worth exploring.
Craft, forge and build
Craft tools, unlock workstations, use a forge and improve your camp with storage, decorations, paths, palisades and repairs. The fire is your light, warmth, kitchen and home.
Discover resources as you explore
First-acquisition panels explain selected resources as you find them. Gather yarrow for bandages, cut cave cobwebs for string and watch lake ripples for fish schools. Caves extend across 3 or 5 rooms, with lava slimes deeper inside and a reward chest at the end.
Exploration and progression in 0.7.0
Surface ruins and natural chests give you new reasons to leave camp. Five blueprints unlock the bed, forge, salt extractor, meat dryer and shovel. Their treasures are not automatically marked on the map.
Older adventures remain playable: existing items and structures are kept, but making new copies of those five recipes requires their blueprints. Explore ruins and learn recipes.
