WILDORIA

GUIDE 04

Farming

A camp becomes home when food and trees grow beside the fire.

PLANT

Make a garden

Put a seed, flower or replantable bush in your hotbar, aim at an empty tile and press Enter. One tile holds one planting. The shovel can remove some planted bushes and lay paths.

Trees

Oak, pine, sakura and willow trees grow in 5 days. Apple trees grow in 4 days.

Apple trees

A mature apple tree gives 2–4 apples. Each harvest has a 12% chance to return an apple seed.

Flowers and bushes

Flowers, red, blue and forest bushes can decorate or regreen an open space near camp.

BERRIES

A supply that regrows

Normal berries

A wild harvest gives 3 berries and has a 40% chance to give a seed. A planted bush grows in 3 days and regrows in 2.

Golden berries

A wild golden bush has a 10% chance to give a seed. A planted golden bush grows in 8 days and regrows in 5.

Rare bonus

A harvest from a planted normal bush has a 3% chance to give 3 golden berries instead of normal berries.

Wild bushes

Naturally generated bushes have their own regrowth timer: wait about 5 days before returning to harvest them again.

Chances are rolled on every harvest. Several misses in a row are possible, as are several seeds close together.

A GROWING GARDEN

Prepare for the long term

Start with berries near the fire, then add trees, flowers and one or two apple trees. A varied garden reduces trips for food, decoration and rebuilding.

Seeds and first discoveries

Normal and golden berry seeds now have distinct ground, inventory and hotbar icons. Their first acquisition opens a discovery panel explaining their use; golden berries have a separate panel. If berries and seeds are found together, the panels appear one after the other. Golden berries restore 15 HP when consumed.

Yarrow is a wild forest resource harvested bare-handed, not a new seed to plant. It replaces fibre in bandages, not in all recipes.

Visible growth stages

The placement grid helps you choose an empty tile for seeds. Planted trees and berries show several visual stages before reaching their adult form; these stages do not shorten their growth times.
